Meet Jody

Hi! I’m Jody Luna. My extensive real estate sales experience helps me give my renovation clients an edge. I know which upgrades lead to an increased ROI, and can help balance your personal tastes with what adds to the overall value of your home.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from East Texas A&M University, and I’ve had my Texas real estate license since 1996. My real estate career has always been focused in the Dallas and surrounding areas market. I have seen homes that will have you swooning, others that will scare you, and everything in between!

My favorite parts of the renovation process include the design, layout and creative customization tailored to each homeowner.

Meet Lance

Hey, I’m Lance Luna. At MHR Designs, I’m known as the numbers guy and the smiling face on the scene of your project. You might get tired of seeing me! I work with both the homeowner and the general contractor or project manager on budget updates, draws, and the overall financial pieces of the project, along with timeline management and QC.

My job is to balance the design you want with the budget and timeline you need to meet. 

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and yes, I’m a diehard Aggie fan (Gig ‘em!). 

I spent the first twenty years of my career as an escrow officer with my family’s title company, and Jody and I actually met at the closing table! We have always worked in real estate, but we truly enjoy getting to use our skills and talents together on each renovation project.
